I started employment with the Campus Recreation department January 1992 as an Administrative Assistant II and worked my way up the ladder to an Administrative Assistant III.  I then finished and received my undergraduate degree in Business Management here at Texas State University and was promoted to the Business Manager for the department in the Fall of 2000. Since then I have been given a new assignment to head up technology for the department with a new title as the Business Manager/Technology Support.

Responsibilities/Area Overseeing:

I am responsible for all the financial/budget operations for the department.

Interest/Hobbies:

Rugby is my number one favorite sport EVER! I played with the Austin Valkeries for 7 wonderful yet painful years! I also love biking and have participated in the Hotter –n- Hell 100 for 3 years and the MS150 bike ride from San Antonio, Texas to Corpus Christi Texas. Both were events that challenged me mentally and physically and ones that I will never forget and hope to do again soon. I also love to follow Women’s basketball and have attended the last 5 Women’s Final Four Basketball tournaments.
