Interested in Learning How to Teach Group Exercise Classes?
Sign up for our Group Fitness Instructor Training (GFIT) class to learn the skills needed to teach a variety of different fitness classes including step, kickboxing, cycle, strength, boot camp, etc. This 7-week class is designed for the exercise enthusiast with little to no experience in teaching group exercise classes.
Fall 2016 Dates: February 3rd - April 7th
Time: Fridays from 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Cost: $85* - Includes an Unlimited Group Exercise pass, CD, & manual
