These programs are progressive in nature allowing participants to feel challenged, but successful. Essentials of Strength Training

Have you reached a training plateau? Do you struggle to create your own workouts? Essentials of Strength Training is a 4-week small group training program designed to educate participants on the fundamentals of strength training and exercise programming for a safe and effective total body workout.

Objectives and Learning Outcomes:  

  • Learn how to safely and effectively perform common strength training exercises/exercise variations including: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Rows, and more!
  • Learn how to safely and effectively use various pieces of equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, TRX Suspension Training, and more!
  • Build confidence structuring your own workouts.
  • Increase muscular strength and improve body composition.
