Employment - Intramural Sports Official


Employment opportunities are available for Intramural Officials. Training is provided and there is no experience necessary. All officials positions are paid and schedules are flexible. Working as an Intramural Official not only provides an opportunity to make extra money but it also provides for an opportunity to meet new friends, develop leadership skills, and become involved in the campus community. In addition, the Intramural Official position is the first step towards becoming an Intramural Supervisor.

Spring '18 Officials Training

Training Session Location - Student Rec Center (SRC).


Sport Training Session Dates Pre-Season Tournament (Mandatory)

Jan. 30th-31st


Feb. 5th-6th

Feb. 7th - 8th

Feb. 18th, 19th, & 20th

Feb. 21st - 22nd


All NEW Officials -

New officials: need to come by the Intramural Office (SRC 140) any time between January 4th and February 18th during normal office hours (10AM-5PM) to fill out new hire paperwork. If you have any questions, come by the Intramural Office (SRC 140) or give us a call at 512-245-8090. First day of Softball training will take place in MPR C of the SRC at 3:30pm.

New hire paperwork requires two forms of identification. Example - Driver's License and Social Security Card OR Bobcat ID and Birth Certificate. You may use just your Passport as well. All forms MUST be ORIGINAL documents, NOT copies.
