University Camp Reservation Request Form

Please note that this is a form for REQUESTING University Camp facilities. This is not an invoice nor is it confirmation that you will be able to utilize the facility(s) you requested.

Reservation availability will open at 8am on the dates listed below. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.

Reservations will be reviewed and confirmed within 5 working business days.

Students Spring '19 (January 3 - May 15) September 1st
  Summer '19 (May 16 - September 3) January 16th
  Fall '19 (September 4 - December 14) June 1st
Faculty/Staff/Alumni Spring '19 (January 3 - May 15) October 1st
  Summer '19 (May 16 - September 3) March 1st
  Fall '19 (September 4 - December 14) July 1st

*Camp will be closed on Monday's with the exceptions of Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends.*

I have read all of the University Camp Rules & Regulations (found in the above hyperlink) and agree to abide by them. *
I understand that I may be fined (as outlined in the above hyperlink) if I choose to violate any University Camp Rules & Regulations. *
I will not hold the Outdoor Center, Department of Campus Recreation, Texas State University, or the State of Texas responsible for injury or accident while at University Camp. *
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellations made prior to ten (10) days before the reservation date will be charged a $20.00 processing fee. Customers who cancel their reservation within ten (10) days prior to the reservation date, will forfeit their reservation fees. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. *
Reservations made within 10 days of the reservation date will NOT receive a refund if cancellation occurs. *
Payment for any reservation at University Camp is required within ten (10) days of receiving a reservation confirmation email. Any reservations made within ten (10) days of the date being reserved require payment at time of confirmaitons. If payment for reservation is not made within the aforementioned timeframe, the reservation may be forfeited. *Texas State University departments may request an exception to this policy. *

University Camp Alcohol Statement

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the Texas State University campus and that my group is being granted special permission to use alcohol at the University Camp. For this privilege I promise the following conditions will be met.

  • I am 21 years or older;
  • I will not allow minor (under 21) to consume alcohol;
  • I will not serve keg beer;
  • I will not tolerate drunken behavior from my guests;
  • Glass containers will not be used;
  • I will be in attendance for the entire reserved period;
  • I will not allow any one in my group to drink and drive;
  • I will be responsible for informing all group members of these rules and insuring their compliance;
  • I understand that if I, or any of my guests, violate the rules or abuse privileges as determined by the Department of Campus Recreation my privilege to use the University Camp may be revoked.
