This results-driven conditioning program runs 3 times a week for 6 weeks. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment coupled with the most progressive and creative exercises in fitness. Boot Camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. Each class begins with stretches, followed by a workout that combines strength, agility, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and end of the six-week program to gauge each person's strength and speed improvement.
