This class will get your heart rate up and your muscles working! The non-impact environment of the water lets you build strength, reduce body fat and increase flexibility while reducing your risk of injury. Our instructors are trained to challenge and encourage you for the best water workout you can get in less than an hour. This no-frills workout will get you in great shape.
