Cycle– This great non-impact cardio class utilizes the stationary bike to help you achieve your fitness goals. Through energizing music and dynamic visualizations this class will help you strengthen and tone both body and mind. First time participants please arrive 10 minutes early for bike set up instructions. Please bring a towel & water! (M/HL)
Cycle & Abs– This class incorporates 45 minutes of cycle along with 15 minutes of abdominal & lower back exercises. A great class & workout! (M/HL)

Step Express– Step your workout with 45 minutes of step power moves and choreography to get your heart pumping!
