Interested in hosting a golf tournament? Here is The Texas State Golf Course Tournament Package.

Prices:

• Monday – Friday $22.00 per player
• Saturday – Sunday $25.00 per player

Prices are not including tax (if your group is tax exempt, please bring the appropriate documentation)

Prices include:

• Green Fees
• Shared Carts
• Custom Scorecards/Score Sheets
• Food and Prizes can be provided for an extra cost

Tournament Format:

Saturday and Sunday - Tee times are preferred. A shotgun tournament requires at least 30 players on the weekend and must be held first thing in the morning.

Monday - Friday - Tee times any time of the day or shotgun start first thing in the morning. Shotgun tournaments during the week require at least 25 players.

Scheduling a Tournament Date:

We encourage you to book your tournament plenty of time in advance. You may book a date up to 6 months prior to the tournament.

• All tournament packages require a $100 deposit that must be issued when reserving tournament dates. Refunds will only be given if the tournament is cancelled at least a week prior to the scheduled date.
• Balances for the remainder of the tournament are due before play begins.
• A player list needs to be submitted three days prior to the tournament so score sheets can be printed and tee times can be made.
• Texas State Golf Course reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or any group for any reason without issuing a refund.
