General Information

• All rentals require a Texas State ID card. Students/Faculty/Staff without an ID physically present will not be allowed to rent.
• Students must be currently enrolled in classes to rent (including summer sessions).
• Equipment returned late will result in additional rental charges.
• Equipment that is returned damaged, missing parts, or excessively dirty will result in partial or full loss of equipment deposit.
• No more than 2 boats may be rented under a single ID.
• The basic rate is comparable to a weekend rate. You have one day to pick up the equipment, 2 days to use it, one day to drop it off. If your trip will require more days, there is an additional day rate.

Deposits

• A $25 deposit is required for tubes if a Texas State ID is not present.
• All other equipment requires no deposit but cannot be rented without a Texas State ID.

Reservations

• Equipment may be reserved up to 7 days in advance with payment in full.
• Reservations must be made in person at the Outdoor Center.
• There can be no cancellations for reserved equipment.
