Texas State University-San Marcos and the University of Texas at Austin will be hosting a Sport Clubs Forum on Friday, July 25, 2008 in San Marcos, TX to discuss some hot topics in Sport Clubs and build a strong network within the state. This will be a one day event with optional activities before and after the workshop. Below you will find links for hotels, driving directions, the workshop agenda, and registration form. 

We will offer a variety of optional activities for those of you planning on coming early or staying late. For those of you that wish to come on Thursday evening, we will be giving a tour of our expansion and then having dinner at River Pub, a locally owned restaurant overlooking the San Marcos River at 8:00pm. Friday morning before the workshop begins you will have the option to play a round of golf at the Texas State Golf Course at 7:00am. Last but not least, who can come to San Marcos without enjoying our favorite pastime of floating down the river? There will be an organized float down the San Marcos River after the workshop on Friday, July 25th. Please mark on the registration form the activities in which you would like to participate.
