Sport Clubs encourages all clubs to remain active in fundraising activities throughout the year in order to keep individual member costs at a minimum. It is the responsibility of the officers to coordinate fundraising activities and to communicate these activities to the Sport Clubs Office. Points will be awarded to teams according to the number of fundraising activities that the club plans and completes.
1. Fill out a Fundraising Form (now available online) in order to register the fundraising activity and obtain approval from the Sport Clubs office no later than
2. Results of the fundraiser must be reported to the Sport Club office within one week of the conclusion of the event.
3. The fundraising activity must result in a MINIMUM OF $100 being deposited into the Club’s Account.

Point Breakdown:
· Fundraising profits valuing $100 - $499.99 = 2 Points each
· Fundraising profits valuing $500 –$999.99 = 5 Points each
· Fundraising profits valuing $1000 and up = 10 Points each
The top 6 fundraisers will be counted towards Scoreboard accumulation only with a max of 20 points per club.
Sunset Bowling Lanes - variety of fundraisers, including tournaments, giving a portion of their sales, or bowl-a-thons
Taco Cabana night - portion of the sales are given to the club
Apparel sales - sell socks, shirts, or equipment with Texas State and your club's name printed on them
Magazine sales
Bake sales in Quad
Carwash
Sponsor a business to be in the Quad
Concession sales at your club events or other club events
Golf Tournament - can be for alumni, students, families, or anyone
