A&S Program Evaluation

Introduction:

In order to try to improve things for the future we are asking for your feedback. We ask all lifeguard staff to take time in answering the following questions fully and honestly. Without your suggestions/constructive criticism etc. it is harder to make appropriate and/or needed changes.  

All surveys will remain anonymous unless you choose to place your name in one of the text boxes. Sections of the survey are separated out from one another when being presented to the different supervisors to help maintain anonymity.

In-Services
