BeYoutiful week is typically hosted during National Eating Disorders Awareness Week to assist in bringing education to our TXST community on this topic. This year marks 20 years for the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA).  We would like to invite you to participate in various activities in collaboration with other departments and on-campus organizations for BeYoutiful Week this year. The activities for Campus Recreation will highlight the importance of: 

  • Exercise 

  • Nutrition 

  • Social wellbeing 

  • Body compassion 

  • On-campus Resources
