MultiPurpose Room A & C
These studios feature hardwood floors, mirrored walls, high ceilings, and a wall of windows overlooking Academy St. Currently unavailable for drop-in use.

MultiPurpose Room B
This studio features rubberized floors, mirrored walls, blacklights, fans and wall of windows looking towards campus with optional blinds to darken the room. This studio is used for personal training and group exercise classes. This room is not available for drop in use.

MultiPurpose Room D
This studio features hardwood floors, mirrored walls, high ceilings, and a wall of windows over looking the main lobby. This room is solely used for the Fitness Program Classes.

Boxing Room
The boxing room on the third floor features two heavy bags and two speed bags. Currently unavailable for drop-in use.

Cardio Area
We moved most of the cardiovascular equipment out of the weight room and onto a basketball court to promote physical distancing.

Gyms
Currently offline. Patrons can no longer drop-in and play basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, or pickleball. We moved Cardio equipment out of the weight room and onto first floor courts to promote physical distancing. Second floor courts will mostly hold classes for Group Fitness and Sport Clubs.

Indoor Track
The overhead, 3 lane, 1/8 mile indoor track encircles the downstairs courts. Walkers, joggers, and runners enjoy a climate controlled workout above and separate from the gym floor activities. The track is surfaced in a specialized rubber surface.

Natatorium
The SRC Natatorium features a six-lane, 25 yard lap pool and a leisure pool. For more information, click here.

Pro Shop
The Pro Shop currently has limited offerings because of COVID-19. Please inquire at the Front Desk for current inventory.

Racquetball
Four courts available with glass backwalls.
Please ask the Front Desk Staff to help you gain access to a racquetball court.
Only one person per court, bring your own ball, racket, and protective eye wear.

Shake Smart
Shake Smart is your one-stop destination for post-gym fuel, offering freshly blended protein shakes, organic acai bowls and all-natural sandwiches. Shake Smart is a fast and convenient way to fuel your lifestyle. Made for on-the-go, please no eating inside the SRC.

Weight Room
In this 15,000 square foot weight/exercise room you can choose from the latest and greatest equipment on the market. Customize your weight workout by training on a full line of Cybex weight selector machines; Hammer Strength; and rubber dumbbells. We moved most of the cardiovascular equipment out of the room and onto a basketball court to promote physical distancing.
Current Weight Policies:
- Must be 16 years of age
- No open-toe shoes
- No chewing gum
- Re-rack your weights after use
- Resealable water bottles are OK
- We currently allow bags in the weight room
- All participants should disinfect equipment before and after use

Cycling Studio
This studio features rubberized floors, mirrored walls, blacklights, fans and wall of windows looking towards campus with optional blinds to darken the room. This studio is used for cycling and has about 20 cycles for patrons to use during Group Exercise classes. Currently the cycle studio has been moved onto Basketball Court 4 to promote physical distancing.

Functional Training Room
Functional Training Space offers various equipment to meet your needs. It features multi-use equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, tire flip, plyometric boxes, weight raining sled, a battle rope, and more. The possibilities are endless and give our patrons the freedom to get creative with their workouts.
