Requirement for all positions:
- First Aid and CPR Certified
- Flexibility between 5:45am-Midnight
- Attend all staff meetings
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
Facility Attendant
- Provide customer service for all SRC users.
- Supervise SRC patrons and enforce all identified policy and procedures.
- Assist with the daily maintenance of the SRC.
- Assist with risk management program.
- Assist in the documentation of all incidents and accidents.
- Complete specific task (procedures) associated with information desk and equipment checkout.
- Conduct limited maintenance and repairs.
Customer Service Supervisor
- Handle cash transactions at information desk.
- Provide customer service for all SRC users.
- Enforce SRC policies and procedures.
- Sell SRC memberships.
- Balance cash register at end of shift and deposit all moneys into administrative safe.
- Inspect facility for damages and report such damages.
- Manage all accident situations and document on accident report.
- Manage SRC risk management program.
- Attend required staff meetings.
- Conduct limited maintenance and repairs.
Required to have worked at least one semester of employment with the Department of Campus Recreation.
Building Manager
- Open and close facility.
- Provide customer service for all SRC users.
- Enforce SRC policies and procedures.
- Provide training sessions for current and potential Informal Recreation staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Inspect facility for damages and report such damages.
- Oversee all accident situations and document on accident report.
- Manage SRC risk management program.
- Required to know and take action when appropriate regarding the current Campus Recreation Risk Management policies.
- Attend required staff meetings.
- Maintain current ARC-CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Do responsibilities of all SRC positions.
- Conduct limited maintenance and repairs.
Required to have worked at least two semesters of employment with the Department of Campus Recreation.
