Boot Camps

Our Boot Camp programs are designed to take your fitness to the next level while tracking progress and achieving goals! Classes will meet three days per week for 5 weeks each semester.

Fall Fitness Challenge

Get a kick start on improving your overall fitness! Fall Fitness Challenge is a 5-week long Boot Camp program that focuses on every aspect of improving physical fitness by incorporating a variety of training methods to increase your strength, cardio, endurance, and flexibility. Participants will be able to track progress and assess pre- and post-goals throughout the 5-weeks. Join us and commit to improving your health and fitness today!

Objectives and Learning Outcomes:  

  • Increase all components of fitness including muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
  • Increase body composition and overall health.
  • Set pre and post challenge goals/track progress.

Dates: 

Try Before You Buy: October 3rd and 5th

Fall Session: October 8th - November 9th

Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Sessions will meet at Front Desk of the Student Rec Center

Cost: $110 per person
