Boot Camps

Our Boot Camp programs are designed to take your fitness to the next level while tracking progress and achieving goals! Classes will meet three days per week for 5 weeks each semester.

Bobcat Challenge

Get a kick start on improving your overall fitness! Bobcat Challenge is a 5-week long Boot Camp program that focuses on every aspect of improving physical fitness by incorporating a variety of training methods to increase your strength, cardio, endurance, and flexibility. Participants will be able to track progress and assess pre- and post-goals throughout the 5-weeks. Join us and commit to improving your health and fitness today!

Objectives and Learning Outcomes:  

  • Increase all components of fitness including muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
  • Increase body composition and overall health.
  • Set pre and post challenge goals/track progress.

Spring 2019: 

Try Before You Buy: February 4th & 8th

Spring Session 1: February 11th - March 15th

Spring Session 2: March 25th - April 19th

Time: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00-8:00AM

Sessions will meet at Front Desk of the Student Rec Center
