University Camp Pricing 

PLEASE NOTE: Beretta Lodge has its bathroom/shower access temporary closed for repair.

*Day Use rates are the daily rate. Campsite and Lodge rate are a nightly rate. Example: Staying in a lodge Friday-Sunday would be a quantity of two (2) weekend nights.

Each reservation request is individually reviewed before being added to the reservation calendar. You will receive an emailed invoice with payment instructions, or a request for additional information. Check your SPAM FOLDER if you do not receive an emailed invoice within 72 hours of your request.

In order to locate your Alumni Profile, please provide as much of the following information as possible: 

  1. Full Name (with middle initial) used when attending Texas State University
  2. Graduation Year
  3. Date of Birth

This information will be used to create an online profile that is linked to your alumni information. This account is used to view your invoices and make online payments for your reservation. Once this online profile is created, you will not need to provide this information again in the future.

Dates listed as reserved are unavailable. Reserved dates will become available if the reservation holder does not make payment within 10 days of confirmation.

  • You are requesting a site for today
  • It is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and you are requesting a site for that same weekend

I have read all of the University Camp Rules & Regulations (outlined in the above hyperlink), agree to abide by them, and will hold my group accountable. *
I understand that I may be fined (outlined in the above hyperlink) if my group violates any University Camp Rules & Regulations. *
I will not hold the Outdoor Center, Department of Campus Recreation, Texas State University, or the State of Texas responsible for injury or accident while at University Camp. *
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation or rescheduled reservation made more than ten (10) days before the reservation date will receive a full refund, less a $20.00 processing fee. Any cancellation made within ten (10) days of the reservation date will forfeit all payment made towards a reservation. Any date transfer request made within ten (10) days of the reservation date will denied. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather. *
Payment for any reservation at University Camp is required within ten (10) days of receiving a reservation confirmation email. Any reservations made within ten (10) days of the date being reserved require payment at time of confirmation. If payment for reservation is not made within the aforementioned timeframe, the reservation may be forfeited. *Texas State University departments may request an exception to this policy. *

University Camp Alcohol Statement

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the Texas State University grounds and that your group is being granted special permission to use alcohol at the University Camp. For this privilege, the following conditions must be met:

  • I am 21 years or older;
  • I will not allow minors (under 21) to consume alcohol;
  • I will moderate the behavior of myself and guests while under the influence of alcohol;
  • Alcohol in glass containers and keg beer is prohibited;
  • I will be in attendance for the entire reserved period;
  • I will not allow anyone in my group to drink and drive;
  • I will inform all group members of University Camp Rules and Regulations, and ensure their compliance;
  • Violation of these rules, or abusing the privilege to use University Camp, may result in fines and/or access being revoked
