Campus Recreation Digital Sign Request Form

The Department of Campus Recreation reserves the right to limit the number of ads, duration and length of time messages are displayed.

All information displayed on digital signs must also be in accordance with University posting policies.

File Specifications

Submitted files must be in .jpg or .png format at 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels. Other file dimensions or formats will NOT be accepted. Fonts should be a minimum of 130 points for headers with no text smaller than 80. Due to the nature of the Student Rec Center layout, minimal text with a call to action is preferred because students will not be able to see the screens up close.
Large text and concise wording are required.

All ads will run for a maximum of 4 weeks.
