To get started, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Meet Our Personal Trainers

  • View our Certified Personal Trainer Bios

  • We offer One-on-One or Pairs Personal Training

  • Fill out the PT Registration Packet and bring to the SRC Front Desk

  • Purchase an Initial Package (One-on-One Personal Training or Pairs Training) at the SRC Front Desk (prices below)

One-on-One Personal Training

  • Initial Package ($55)

  • Includes 1 Fitness Assessment & 2 Personal Training Sessions

Pairs Training (Price Per Person)

  • Initial Package ($45)

  • Includes 1 Fitness Assessment & 2 Personal Training Sessions

 Step 2: Schedule Your First Session

  • After completing the PT Registration Packet and purchasing an Initial Package, your personal trainer will contact you once payment has been received to schedule your first session.

  • All sessions will be scheduled directly with your personal trainer.

Step 3: Purchase Additional Sessions

  • Commit to your fitness and wellness. Purchase additional sessions.

  • Please note, an Initial Package must be purchased before purchasing additional sessions.
