Kelly has always had a passion for dance rooted in her Latinx culture. Kelly has grown up dancing all of her life with experience in kick, street jazz, tap, hip hop, and any drop in choreography class she can get her hands on. One thing Kelly will always love about dance is for its ability to transcend boundaries to connect people to one another without the use of a single word. Outside of the studio, Kelly can be found hanging out with friends, watching funny videos, and trying new restaurants in her never ending foodieventures.

Exercise Philosophy: “There is no one perfect workout regimen for everyone. Using exercise to achieve your goals takes time and effort, but figuring out what works best for you is a key step in succeeding.”

Classes I teach: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Hometown: Austin, Texas

Chris attended the University of Mary Hardin Baylor for undergrad. During his time there, he was a college athlete competing in soccer for his school. Chris has always carried a passion for exercise and loves to help motivate others to achieve their goals any way he can. Outside of the gym, you can find him playing with his dog, enjoying some authentic street tacos, hanging out with classmates, or shanking golf balls at a driving range.

Certification: NASM Certified Personal Trainer 

Exercise Philosophy: “You have to show up each day and work hard for what you want.”

Classes I teach: Bootcamp

Hometown: Katy, Texas

Natalie attended Texas A&M for undergrad. There, she worked as a Personal Trainer for Rec Sports and coached bootcamp classes for over a year at FitBody bootcamp in College Station. Helping others reach their fitness goals is her passion and she hopes to push each member to reach their full potential. Outside of the gym, you’ll find her playing with cats, baking, exploring hiking trails, or watching reality TV.

Certification: 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher and 220-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Exercise Philosophy: “Find what feels good”

Hometown: Harlingen, Texas

Erika attended Texas State University for her undergraduate career. Erika completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Soul Strong Yoga and her 220-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training with Yoga Yoga. Her love for mindful movement led her to pursue graduate studies in Physical Therapy to further advocate for healing through movement and breath. Yoga and meditation have helped Erika immensely with managing stress in her life which inspired her to become a teacher to share these practical tools with everyone.
